In this article, you will be able to find a list of all known issues that may affect app.axie, Origins, Block Explorer, Raylights, and Homeland. This list will be updated frequently so be sure to check it out often to find the latest issues and their potential solutions.

Origins Issues:
In-Game Visual Bug (Solution)
Runes and charms are still displayed in-game even if they were withdrawn/minted. This is just a visual bug; the runes and charms will no longer be seen in game once the app has been closed and relaunched.
Disenchanting Previous Season Runes & Charms (Solution)
Previous season's runes/charms aren't currently displayed under "All" on the Disenchantment screen. You will need to select the previous season- Season 1 or 2 for example- on the filter drop-down menu to see and select the runes/charms for disenchantment.
Multi-device Login (Solution)
Players should only login on one device at a time to make sure the client always has the latest data.
Stuck on Loading Screen (Solution)
Please uninstall the game and follow the guide outlined in this article: Deleting the Mavis Hub Folder
After uninstalling the game and deleting the Mavis Hub folder, you may reinstall the game and try again.
Invalid Token Bearer (Solution & Fix in progress)
Players should only login on one device at a time to make sure the client always has the latest data.
Signing into Mavis Hub, app.axie, or Origins simultaneously will cause your device to log into the latest one, but sign you out of the other.
For the time being, please attempt to use only one service at a time.
Status: Fix in progress
Update: A temporary solution has been deployed and the issue should happen less often.
Axies won't load in-game (Solution)
If you have over 200 axies in your inventory, you will need to enable "Load Total Axie Inventory" in the game settings menu to make them appear in your inventory.
Failed to Load Data error (Update stuck at 47%)
This is a network issue mostly correlated to your internet service provider's blacklisted applications/services and usage policies. To bypass the issue, either try a different connection or use a VPN software.
App.axie Issues:
Can't List Axies (Solution)
- Make sure your Ronin Wallet is up to date.
- The signature to list axies in the Marketplace now depends on your machine's clock to be in sync correctly with your timezone. You may check if your time is correct on https://time.is/ (~1.5s is acceptable).
- If you are using a hardware wallet, please make sure your firmware is up to date.
Ronin & Block Explorer Issues:
Can't process certain transactions on Edge browser (Solution)
Please install the Ronin wallet extension from the Chrome Store instead.
Raylights Issues:
Multi-window Gardening (Solution)
Playing the game with multi-window on separate land plots on one account might cause an error as the data/information is not updated on each tab.
We recommend that you play with only one land plot at a time and switch to another plot manually.
Gifted/Sold Axie (Solution)
When an axie is gifted or sold on app.axie, you will lose the plant that you are gardening with that specific axie. Please ensure that the axie is not gifted or sold to avoid losing your plant.
