In this article, you will be able to find a list of all known issues that may affect gameplay in Origins, Marketplace, Block Explorer and Raylights. This list will be updated so be sure to check it out often to find the latest issues and their potential solutions.

In-Game Visual Bug (Solution)
Runes and Charms are still displayed in-game even if they were transferred out/minted. This is just a visual bug, the Runes and Charms would disappear after the game is relaunched.
Disenchanting Previous Season Runes & Charms (Solution)
Previous Season Runes/Charms aren't currently displayed under "All" on the Disenchantment screen. You would need to select the previous season (for example, Alpha or Season 0) on the filter drop-down menu to see and select the Runes/Charms for disenchantment.
Multi-device Login (Solution)
Trainers should only login on one device at a time to make sure the client always have the latest data.
Stuck on Loading Screen (Solution)
Please uninstall the game and follow the guide on this article: Deleting the Mavis Hub Folder
After uninstalling the game and deleted the Mavishub folder, you may try to reinstall the game and try again.
Invalid Token Bearer (Solution & Fix in progress)
Trainers should only login on one device at a time to make sure the client always have the latest data. Marketplace, Mavis Hub and Origins are signing each other out as soon as you sign in into any of the mentioned services.
For the time being, please attempt to do only one operation at once:
- Only play Origins
- Only browse the Marketplace

Update: A temporary solution has been deployed and it should happen less often now.
Can't List Axies (Solution)
- Make sure your Ronin Wallet is up to date.
- The signature to list Axie in the Marketplace now depends on your machine's clock to be in sync correctly with your timezone. You may check if your time is fully sync'd on https://time.is/ (~1.5s is acceptable).
- If you are using Hardware wallet, please make sure your firmware is up to date.
Can't process certain transactions on Edge browser (Solution)
- Please install the Ronin Wallet Extension from the Chrome Store instead.
Block Explorer Issues:
Multi-window Gardening (Solution)
Playing the game with multi-window on separate lands in one account might cause an error as the data/information is not updated on each tab.
You will be recommended to play with only one land at a time and switch to another land manually if you were to play with more than one lands on your account.
Gifted/Sold Axie (Solution)
When an Axie is gifted or sold in the Marketplace, you will loose the plant that you are gardening with the Axie. Please make sure the Axie is not gifted or sold to avoid loosing the plant that you are gardening.
