Axie Classic - Gems Purchase Workaround

If you'd like to purchase gems, the support team can help process it manually.

STEP 1. Determine Desired Package and Amount

To proceed, please determine the following information:

  • Desired Gem Package [e.g., 100(+10), 500(+75), 1,000(250) Gems]
  • Amount of USDC to send based on the selected gem package above [e.g., 0.99 usd = 100(+10) gems, 1.99 usd = 200(+30) gems,...]

STEP 2.  Send the Amount to the Collection Address

Once you've determined your desired package, send the correct USDC amount to this address 0x0730f19231ef3f4e05035ea71fe1743efb12e36b

⚠️ Make sure you send USDC via Ronin network only

STEP 3. Send a Ticket to the Support Team with the Complete Details

Submit a ticket request to support here: https://support.axieinfinity.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=51688768136347

Then include the following details:

  1. Provide us with the transaction hash ( the long strings of text -- not screenshot) of the transfer
  2. Copy and provide us with both Ronin Address and Waypoint address linked to intended Axie Classic account so we know where to send the gems [open the game and copy directly from the profile]

STEP 4. Wait for the Support Team to Verify and Submit for Processing

Once we've verified the successful transfers, we'll be processing your orders on queue.
