If your Mavis Hub application download is stuck at any point of the installation process, this may be due to leftover registry files from a previous download that was later uninstalled. Leftover files may oftentimes cause conflict with newly downloaded files.
To fix this issue, you may need to utilize a third-party uninstaller, such as Revo Uninstaller (PC) or Ccleaner (MacOS).
Revo Uninstaller
Step 1: Visit the Revo Uninstaller website and download the application.
Step 2: Launch the application and find "Mavis Hub" in the application window.
Step 3: Uninstall the app. You may get an error, but the app will provide you with an option to scan for any files related to Mavis Hub.
Step 4: Delete all hidden files.
Step 5: Install Mavis Hub again.
CCleaner
Step 1: Visit the CCleaner website and download the application.
Step 2: Launch the app and click "Uninstall apps". Locate any applications related to Axie Infinity. Check the box next to each and click "Uninstall".
Step 3: Revisit the dashboard and select “Clean clutter”.
Step 4: Manually scan application cache, log files, and downloads for anything related to Axie Infinity and remove them.
Step 5: Install Mavis Hub again.
