Discord Community Privacy Notice

This notice explains how the teams operating the official Axie Infinity and Ronin Discord communities collect and use information through authorized bots and support tools for community support and feedback reporting. It applies to these support and feedback workflows in channels our tools are permitted and configured to access. It does not replace Discord’s Privacy Policy, which explains how Discord processes information through its own services.
Information we collect
Depending on the channel and the support workflow, we collect:
- Message content, including questions, reported problems, suggestions, and follow-up discussions.
- Discord user IDs, usernames, display names, and server nicknames.
- Server, channel, thread, and message identifiers.
- Message timestamps, available edit information, reply references, and links to original messages.
- Relevant server roles and membership information used to distinguish community feedback from staff responses or to understand the audience involved.
- Available reactions, mentions, and attachment information, including attachment links.
This support collection workflow does not collect users’ direct messages to other users or read channels that its authorized tools cannot access.
Why we use this information
We use this information to:
- Investigate reported problems and understand the surrounding conversation.
- Identify recurring support questions and issues affecting multiple community members.
- Review feature requests and feedback about products, services, and announcements.
- Understand whether later messages clarify a report, describe a different problem, or confirm that a user recovered.
- Maintain searchable support history.
- Prepare internal feedback reports for relevant support, community, and product teams.
- Verify report summaries using supporting excerpts and links to the original messages.
These workflows help the team review community feedback without treating every message as a separate issue or interpreting short follow-up messages without context.
Storage outside Discord
Message content and associated information are stored outside Discord in a support knowledge base.
Selected excerpts, summaries, and source links may also appear in internal reports and collaboration tools used by the relevant teams. These copies may remain available even if the original message is subsequently edited or deleted on Discord.
Deleting a message on Discord does not, by itself, automatically delete a copy already retained in our support archive. You can request deletion of retained information using the contact process below.
Automated processing and AI-assisted summaries
We use automated tools and existing AI services to help organize conversations, identify themes, and prepare summaries. Relevant message content and supporting context may be submitted to these service providers for processing.
The support integration uses existing models for analysis and summarization; it does not itself train or fine-tune AI models. Service providers’ processing and retention practices depend on the providers used and the applicable service terms and account settings.
Who receives the information
Information used in these workflows may be accessed by relevant support, community, and product personnel and by authorized people assisting with the operation of the tools.
Information may also be processed by service providers supporting the workflow, such as hosting, storage, internal collaboration, and AI-processing providers.
These support and feedback workflows are not used to sell community message content or target advertising at individual community members.
Messages and associated information may be retained for longer periods to maintain support history, investigate recurring problems, and verify previous reports.
There is currently no fixed automatic deletion period for this archive. Requests concerning retained information can be submitted through the process below.

- Ask about information retained about you through these workflows.
- Request correction of inaccurate associated information.
- Request deletion of your retained message content and associated activity data.
- Ask whether future collection or use of your information can be limited.
In your request:
- State that it concerns Discord community data collection or the support feedback archive.
- Provide your Discord user ID and the relevant server.
- Explain whether you are requesting information, correction, deletion, or a limitation on future collection.
- Include relevant message links if available.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our support tools, data practices, or service providers change. The updated notice will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
