Space for Free Transactions Is Limited
We have reserved a certain amount of block space in each block for free transactions.
When that reserved space is full, other transactions will be stuck in pending status or fail because they want to fill the same space. The problem is happening because we have been growing faster than expected.
We are monitoring the system closely and will be increasing the amount of space as needed.
Solutions for Stuck Pending Transactions
There are two possible solutions for fixing a pending Ronin transaction that is stuck:
- Send the transaction again. For example, if you sent 100 SLP/AXS to a Ronin account and it got stuck, try sending the 100 SLP/AXS again.
- Reinstall the Ronin wallet. Before uninstalling, please remember to save your secret recovery phrase (seed phrase). You will need your secret recovery phrase to restore the wallet.
