If you encounter the error message below, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your Ronin Wallet is currently locked. Please unlock it by entering your password in the Ronin Wallet extension/app.
- There is not enough tokens in your Ronin Wallet to cover the cost of the item.
- The axie you are attempting to purchase has already been sold, and the Marketplace has not yet removed the post.
- The axie is experiencing technical issues, and the seller needs to remove the listing and repost it. If the seller is unable to do so, they should submit a request via the 'bugged axie' form on our support platform.
