If you have forgotten your password you can visit our accounts management site to reset. Input your email then click on Continue.
The site will then ask you to log in to your account. Click the Reset password option beside the Password field.
A popup window will then show up, enter your email address and click the Reset password button.
Go to your inbox and look for the reset password email sent to you, and click the Reset password link in the email.
You should then be directed to the Reset Password page to navigate the final procedures. Just input your new password twice and click on Confirm to finalize.
